3. Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly made in the USA at a state of the art manufacturing facility. Absolutely no animal testing.

4. What is your shipping policy?

We charge a flat rate of $3.00 for domestic orders (USA). For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 with shipping offered to select countries only. We ship via USPS or common carrier.

5. Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of our products, Coono Babe does not accept returns or exchanges.

6. How do your gift certificates work?

After you purchase one of our gift certificates, we will email you (within 24 hours) a gift certificate code. You can forward this email to your gift recipient. Alternatively, you may prefer to jot this code down into a greeting card and send it to them that way.

Our gift certificates are ONE TIME USE ONLY. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any remaining amount on your gift certificate is forfeit, it is not redeemable for cash or store credit, and cannot be refunded.

For example, if you place a $10 order and pay using a $25 gift certificate, you forfeit the remaining $15. This is due to the nature of our shopping cart system. Please be aware of this and make sure your gift recipient is also made aware.

7. Do you charge sales tax?

We are legally obligated to collect sales tax in the state of Florida.

8. Is my credit card information safe?

We use Google Checkout & Paypal to process our orders. As such, we never handle your credit card information or have it stored in our files. Google Checkout & Paypal both offer protection to the consumer against fraud and their safety track record is exemplary.

9. What if I don't have a credit card?

Currently we only accept payment through Google Checkout or Paypal. However, Western Union does offers a prepaid Visa card that can be obtained without a credit check or a bank account. Once activated, this card can be used to go through our regular checkout process online. Visit their website for more information.

10. Why should I buy Coono Babe?

Because there is nothing smart or sexy about being broke. Beauty products are typically priced sky high. What are you paying for? Designer branding. Coono Babe offers the same exact formulas of the expensive brand names out there at very budget friendly pricing. It shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to look fabulous.

So what can you do with all the money you'll save by buying Coono Babe? Treat yourself to a mani/pedi. Take your girlfriends out to lunch. Stash it away for a rainy day. Save up for a weekend away. Buy a new outfit for the weekend. It's all up to you.
